James “Jim” DeLung, MEd, is currently serving with pride as the Owner and Senior Executive Trainer of the Organizational Leadership Consortium. As a successful private entrepreneur and public-sector leader, he brings commitment to the development of effective leadership and inspiration to organizations through an interactive, adult-oriented program of study. 
 
Jim is currently obtaining his PhD in Business Administration with emphasis in Organizational Leadership at Northcentral University in Prescott Valley, AZ.
