Barry is a private investigator
and in 2006 sold his background screening business and retired in January
2008. When he owned his business he was the industry expert and was
interviewed on radio and television, quoted in newspapers and magazines,
spoke all over the country at conventions, authored articles and wrote a
book on background screening job applicants.
Barry lives in Chatsworth, CA with his 2 horses, 4 cats, and 3 golden
retrievers. Besides riding, he water ski’s, snow ski’s, plays tennis, &
enjoys dancing. In 2006, he won the SASS regional Texas hold’em
tournament and a Marlin Rifle!
He rides either Ben Grey his dapple grey, or Canyon Jac Gold his
Palomino.

In 2009, Barry became the:
SASS World Champion Senior Open Division Champion @ EOT
and the Southern Pacific Regional Senior Men’s 3 Champion
He loves Cowboy Mounted Shooting because (1) it is too much fun and far
removed from running a business. (2) he loves all the people in the
sport, finding them the nicest folks in the world, and (3) he loves the
challenge.
He knows that all good things come to those who waitith as long as those
who waitith ride like the wind and shoot strait as hell while they
waitith!
